Project Manager Position

This role involves managing the execution and change management of large, complex operations projects and core operational activities that affect employees, customers, and agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate, research, evaluate, recommend, and execute high-level complex projects and core operational activities to support Service Operations strategy.
  • Lead project execution of large cross-functional enterprise strategic projects in collaboration with other enterprise teams.
  • Ensure short- and long-term strategies, programs, and processes are executed.
  • Develop and lead change management plans and execution activities, including impact analysis and assessing change readiness.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Service Operations with call center experience.
  • BS Degree or equivalent.
  • Full English Fluency.
Competencies:
  • Strong demonstrated analytics experience, including evaluation of contact center data, metrics, and reporting.
  • Experience communicating, presenting, and delivering business proposals to executive-level leadership.
Software / Other Tools:
  • Project Management Methodology - Advanced.
  • Financial Modeling - Intermediate.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution - Advanced.
