This function is mainly responsible for supporting operations throughout regions, particularly in Latin America, by controlling marketing initiatives, industry readiness, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities- Share strategic briefings with segment teams and provide specific requirements for demand generation execution teams
- Drive innovation to leverage new features and capabilities
- Design end-to-end journeys and multichannel campaigns aligning to customer pain points and business priorities
- Develop and drive omnichannel campaign plans in alignment with business objectives
- Design customer nurture journeys, onboarding, and retention programs
- Own end-to-end campaign operations
- Develop marketing strategies and manage media budgets to maximize effectiveness
- Develop internal and external media and creative briefs for campaigns, product launches, and other projects
- Analyze and report campaign performance
You're a fit for this role if your background includes:
