Sourcing Recruiter Role Overview

We're seeking a talented Sourcing Recruiter to cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics.

This role will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where you'll contribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fit within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth
  • Implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures
  • Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English
