">We are seeking a Content Strategist to drive our kids content forward. With our content available on various platforms, we need someone organized and driven to manage each service, increase user engagement, and enhance our positioning.
Responsibilities:- Manage content across multiple platforms with a strategic focus on user engagement
- Plan monthly content launches and coordinate with internal teams for smooth updates
- Support partner needs in collaboration with the Business Development team
- Analyze performance data and conduct regular audits to drive strategic content changes
- Maintain a 6–12 month launch roadmap and clearly communicate content needs
- Plan curated content moments such as playlists, themes, and seasonal highlights
- Assist the Content & Operations team with high-impact projects and key launches
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Proactive and independent with a solution-oriented mindset
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong communicator capable of aligning different stakeholders
- Calm under pressure and comfortable with shifting timelines
With at least 2–3 years in content management, especially in curation and global planning, you will be able to understand children's content and audiences. Experience with CMSs, data analysis tools, and working with external clients is also required.
