Lead the Way to Greener Mobility

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality and delivery of domain workpackages for the site
  • Apply and follow up the TD rules, processes, and tools
  • Prepare and document design reviews as per the project/program schedule
  • Collaborate with other domains, metier, and departments
  • Define mitigation plans for identified risks
  • Manage the development of the site domain team
  • Define domain fixed costs and workload
  • Develop the site domain team's capacity, workload, and skills
  • Support the domain team in resolving issues and challenging actions
Requirements
  • Competencies: Mechanical Engineer, Office, 3D software skills (CATIA, NX, Solidworks...), Resilient, Good communication with stakeholders, Pro-active, Team Leader
  • Previous experience: Preferably Rolling stock industry or Automotive
  • Language skills: Advanced/Fluent English
  • Travel required: Yes
