- Responsável por supervisionar e otimizar operações de fabricação, controle de qualidade, estoque e logística.
- Liderar a equipe para atingir metas de eficiência e qualidade.
- Gerenciar o armazenamento de produtos, garantindo conformidade com normas de segurança e regulamentações ambientais.
- Assegurar o cumprimento de regulamentos governamentais e normas de segurança relacionadas à produção.
- Liderar equipes de produção, manutenção e controle de qualidade, fornecendo orientação, treinamento e avaliação de desempenho.
- Desenvolver políticas e procedimentos para aprimorar a eficiência e produtividade da fábrica.
- Gerenciar projetos de expansão, modernização e otimização de processos.
- Collaborar com outras áreas da empresa para garantir o sucesso das operações industriais.
Perfil Desejado
- Formação em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
- Inglês avançado desejável;
- Passagens relevantes em operações industriais no segmento de autopeças, linha amarela/verde e/ou metal mecânica;
- Experiência comprovada em liderança e gestão de equipes;
- Habilidade de comunicação e liderança, com capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com outras áreas da empresa.
