- Support customers in the development and use of our platform.
- Contribute to improving customer support by responding promptly to clients' requests and dealing with complaints.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Participate in meetings to understand customer problems quickly.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer feedback and follow up to ensure problems are solved.
- Support processes to maintain high-quality customer support services.
- Mastery of programming logic and integration patterns;
- Knowledge in languages SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB), web services, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, API;
- Ability to act in critical incidents with agility and assertiveness in communicating with other teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication.
