Business Analyst Role Summary

  • This position entails working closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • You will analyze current processes, design solutions, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Support project management activities, participate in testing phases, conduct system integration analysis, and provide customer support after project implementation.
  • A Bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is required, along with 7 years of verifiable experience as a Business Analyst.
  • The ideal candidate must have rich experience in UI prototyping tools, outstanding logical reasoning, solid presentation and communication skills, and C1 English writing and oral skills.
  • Teamwork, self-motivation, and excellent English language skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement or automation.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Project Support: Support project management activities, including timelines, scope, and deliverables, ensuring projects align with business objectives.
  • Testing and Validation: Participate in the testing phase to ensure implemented solutions meet specified requirements.
  • System Integrations: Conduct system integration analysis to support integration efforts between Company Product and third-party software.
  • Documentation: Draft or review implementation project deliverables in English.
  • Customer Support: Provide customer support after project implementation.
