About the Role
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a collaborative environment with our experienced team of psychiatrists, psychologists, physician assistants, certified registered nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, psychiatric nurses, and occupational therapists.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing emergency evaluation and treatment services to patients
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Mentoring and collaborating with colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental performance
Requirements
- Board Eligibility or Certification in Psychiatry
- Pennsylvania Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
