Site Development Manager

The successful candidate will oversee the completion of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement site plans for finishing works, accurately assessing resource requirements.
- Establish comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
- Lead and motivate construction teams, fostering open communication and high performance.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to monitor and control construction costs.
- Implement robust quality management systems and control plans for finishing works.
- Provide timely project updates to clients, authorities, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Effectively interpret technical drawings, tender documents, and contract requirements.
- Monitor productivity and progress, ensuring accurate measurement and recording of works.
- Manage testing of technical components, interpreting results and implementing corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Construction or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in construction, preferably in finishing works.
- Strong leadership, planning, communication, and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to manage complex construction projects on time and within budget.
- Sound knowledge of HSE standards and quality control procedures.
