We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to support our online educational programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with academic staff, faculty members, and students to ensure program quality.
About the RoleThe Program Coordinator will provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, managing course schedules and maintaining records and databases. They will serve as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.

- Serve as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
- Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
- Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
- Coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
- Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and program-related documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
- An international work environment.
