Highly Motivated Relationship Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated relationship manager to enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty, and drive business success in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with global VIP clients, developing key customer service processes, tracking customer status, and analyzing client behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-value client relationships, building rapport, and identifying unspoken needs.
  • Develop and implement customer service processes to optimize solutions and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to provide seamless service solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background.
  • Proven track record of managing institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken), and working knowledge of English and Spanish.
