About the Role:
We're seeking a strategic-minded Market Manager to drive our global expansion. You'll architect sales strategies, build cross-border channels, and transform international market insights into actionable growth plans. This role combines market intelligence, client relations, and hands-on campaign execution with our global partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Market Planning
Collect and analyze regional market demand data to generate accurate forecasts
Develop and implement regional sales strategies with regular performance evaluation
Design and execute channel development plans with ongoing sales analysis
2. Overseas Client Management
Coordinate with import/export companies on product requirements and bidding processes
Research and document international client needs to maintain comprehensive customer profiles
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and after-sales issue resolution
3. Global Market Promotion
Research and plan participation in international trade shows and exhibitions
Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns
Track and follow up on leads generated from marketing activities
4. Channel Development
Establish and maintain overseas sales networks and distribution channels
Provide marketing and technical support to international agents
Conduct client visits and develop new business relationships
5. Financial Oversight
Maintain and update accounts receivable records
Implement sales collection plans and monitor payment status
