About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Quality Engineer.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who can lead our quality initiatives and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our quality management system, conducting audits and assessments, and providing training and guidance to our suppliers.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain the quality management system
  • Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers
  • Provide training and guidance to suppliers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in science or engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in a quality or engineering role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
