Senior Credit Analyst

As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will conduct complex credit analyses for medium and large clients, ensuring decisions align with the institution's risk appetite and contribute to portfolio sustainability and growth.

  • Perform in-depth credit analyses for legal entities, individuals, and economic groups.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior and senior analysts, supporting team development and case review.
  • Develop and implement improvements in credit analysis processes, focusing on efficiency and governance.
  • Nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and vendors.
  • Manage your assigned credit portfolio, leading initiatives such as VRR, Add-ons, and RAC review.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand markets, customers, and strategic programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Strong accounting and financial knowledge.
  • Proficiency in DLL, GCRP, performance programs, and connection of key indicators with CRO areas.
  • Knowledge of guarantees, financial products, economic indicators, and banking legislation.
