Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst.

  • This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys financial operations and planning, with a passion for data-driven decision making.
About the Role

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and delivering financial reports, building custom reports and dashboards, and managing commission payouts. Additionally, this role will involve leading monthly forecasting processes and providing financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze and deliver financial reports such as profit & loss by customer, trend analysis, and project performance metrics.
  2. Build custom reports and dashboards by consolidating data across systems.
  3. Manage and calculate commission payouts for individual projects.
  4. Learn and maintain complex product-level pricing spreadsheets; support pricing strategy.
  5. Lead monthly forecasting processes and assist in building annual budgets with the leadership team.
  6. Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
  1. 1-3+ years of experience in financial analysis, operations, or FP&A.
  2. Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, complex formulas).
  3. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from fragmented data.
  4. Comfortable managing both recurring financial processes and strategic planning tasks.
  5. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and pricing analysis is a strong plus.
  6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
