Our organization seeks a highly skilled Site Service Specialist to join its team in São Paulo, Brazil.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of aerial work platform machinery and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair aerial work platforms including JLG, Genie, and Haulotte models
  • Collaborate with agents to provide daily maintenance and technical assistance
  • Identify and rectify faulty vehicles, collecting relevant information
  • Inspect and maintain arriving vehicles on a regular basis
  • Visit customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and conduct vehicle inspections
  • Guarantee timely delivery of accessories and meet sales targets
  • Repair machinery and other components as needed
  • Analyze and diagnose technical issues effectively
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to industry quality standards
  • Participate in on-the-job training to enhance problem-solving skills
  • Submit service reports in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the Representative Engineer/Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing aerial work platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
