Aerial Work Platform Maintenance Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily maintenance, after-sales service, and upkeep of aerial work platform machinery.
- Maintenance experience with JLG, Genie, Haulotte, or similar equipment is preferred.
- Collaborate with agents on daily maintenance and technical support.
- Identify and rectify product line issues, troubleshoot problems, and collect information on faulty vehicles.
- Regularly inspect and maintain arriving vehicles.
- Conduct customer visits and vehicle inspections.
- Ensure timely warranty claims and accessory sales plans are met to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Repair machinery and machine components as needed.
- Analyze and diagnose technical issues effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment individually or in teams.
- Read and follow safety labels, warnings, and guidelines.
- Work in accordance with safety regulations and industry quality standards.
- Participate in training to improve problem-solving skills.
- Submit service reports on time.
