Senior Marketing Automation Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing automation strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect marketing automation programs that align with business objectives and achieve target business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in marketing automation and personalization trends, and share insights to impact strategy and educate stakeholders.
  • Develop marketing automation journeys and personalization within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging best-in-class practices and team processes.
  • Partner with Marketing Automation CX Strategists to design acceptance criteria and implement UAT, monitoring performance data to ensure accuracy and uptime.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing automation initiatives and demonstrate ROI, leveraging testing methodologies and data analytics to inform automation strategies and optimization initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in marketing automation and personalization development, with demonstrated success.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, Optimizely), CRM systems, personalization platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building and segmenting audiences, and a history of driving optimization through a/b testing and use of AI tools.
