Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Partner with technical teams to develop and deploy marketing automation journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Quality Assurance: Work with stakeholders to ensure campaign quality and performance, implementing necessary corrections when needed.

  • Performance Optimization: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness, using data analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, along with solid experience in marketing automation and personalization.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CRM systems, personalization platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and excellent communication skills to present complex ideas to various audiences.

  • Experience in B2B marketing

  • Knowledge of lead scoring and lead management best practices
