About the Role

This pivotal position is at the forefront of evolving parametric insurance solutions, developing, underwriting, and marketing tailored covers for global natural catastrophe risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a diverse portfolio with a focus on sustainable growth and strategic expansion.
  • Underwrite and price innovative parametric covers for earthquake, tropical cyclone, and flood risks, driving business success through data-driven decision making.
  • Structure and cost sophisticated weather and remote sensing parametric solutions, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Market and sell specialized parametric products to clients and brokers, establishing strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Engage with treaty clients and brokers to understand their needs and tailor solutions, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value.
  • Drive product development and standardization of innovative parametric product offerings in collaboration with peers in cat modeling, leveraging expertise and best practices.
  • Enhance tools and capabilities by developing parametric tools, conducting trainings, and facilitating global adoption, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a proactive and transparent manner, building trust and credibility through open dialogue.
