Senior Project Management Role

A strategic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Management Analyst to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Microsoft Office Tools, excellent presentation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly learn new concepts.

  • Develop program/project management best practices/templates, providing training/mentoring to teams.
  • Monitor inter-related programs/projects, identifying dependencies and gathering consolidated status information for business sponsors/markets and zone management.
  • Act as a central governing body, delivering quality assurance by reviewing/auditing adherence to methodologies, budgets, and timings for selected projects.

The successful candidate will demonstrate organizational skills, proactivity, and experience in managing transitions/transformations, with the ability to manage cultural diversity and work effectively in a variety of cultural contexts within Latin America.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in program/project management, with a focus on Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
