Regional Service Manager (Co-ordinator)

We are seeking an experienced Regional Service Manager to execute the service business strategy roadmap for achieving brand and service led business growth. This role will be responsible for executing all aspects of after sales, customer care, and spare parts for the region.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure after sales service operations for the entire geography is carried out as per RE standards.
  2. Ensure After Market service operations for the entire geography are carried as per RE standards.
  3. Ensure that the Service Department contributes to customer satisfaction by providing optimal customer care.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure after sales service operations meet defined targets.
  • Increase of After sales service and thereby increased customer market share in the zone.
  • Workshop loading and achieving defined targets by number of job orders and service volumes.
Customer Focus

As a Regional Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Prompt, polite, and efficient contact with potential and existing customers.
  2. To maximize customer loyalty and retention, by ensuring that customers receive constant care and attention.
Qualifications/Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree level education.
  • 5+ years' experience including 3 - 5+ years in after sales, spare parts, Warranty & business development in automotive industry.
  • Good command of English - Conversational level.
