- Provide expert advice on labor law matters, technology platform implementation, independent contractor relationships, union negotiations, employee relations, government initiatives, and restructuring.\\
- Manage labor litigation end-to-end, from strategy development to external counsel coordination, ensuring efficient resolution and alignment with company interests.\\
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements, advising on contracts, data protection, corporate policies, and risk management.\\
- Partner with senior leadership, operations, finance, HR, and external counsel to anticipate risks, solve challenges, and drive business growth.\\
- Proactively identify potential risks and design mitigation strategies, ensuring the company's resilience and continuity.\\
- Represent the company in key external interactions with authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders.
