Event Coordinator

A skilled Event Coordinator is needed to bring our brand to life—online and in person.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute events with partners across the region, from concept to execution.
  • Organize webinars for current clients, leads, and partners, owning the flow—from agenda to promotion.
  • Manage all event logistics: venue selection, vendor relations, travel coordination, timelines, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design event branding and materials, pitch prospects or speakers, and create pre- and post-event content.
  • Align every event with business goals—bringing energy, structure, and new ideas to the table.
  • Requirements:
  • Marketing student or recent graduate with a strong academic record.
  • At least 2 years of experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility to travel and manage events outside of regular working hours.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
