Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate in defining and executing talent attraction strategies
- Develop alternative recruitment scenarios according to business needs
- Design and validate best practices for attracting, searching, and selecting professionals for our vacancies in collaboration with leaders and managers
- Provide innovative ideas and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of selection processes, methods, and technology
- Prepare reports and metrics
- Proven experience as a recruiter
- Leadership experience managing teams of at least 5 people
- Excellent interpersonal relationships
- Knowledge of the IT market, including development professionals and business profiles
- Proficiency in English for daily communication
- Advanced English level
