Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist role. This position requires a deep understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and manage the hiring process for talented professionals in critical technical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
  • Source and evaluate candidates for positions requiring expertise in programming languages, front-end frameworks, back-end frameworks, hosting technologies, and IT infrastructure.
  • Assess candidates' technical knowledge through interviews and problem-solving exercises.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and job boards to find and engage candidates.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical understanding of programming frameworks and languages.
  • Familiarity with hosting technologies and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent ability to assess technical competencies through structured interviews.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment platforms.
