Seeking an accomplished and proactive talent acquisition professional to play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborative Partnership: Partner with cross-functional teams to define hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and align on recruitment timelines and goals.
- Talent Sourcing Leadership: Lead intake meetings to outline role requirements, set expectations, and drive the development of innovative recruiting plans.
- Sourcing Strategy Development: Design and execute cost-effective recruiting campaigns to attract high-quality candidates and promote our mission.
- Candidate Engagement: Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and CRM tools to identify and engage passive candidates, showcase company opportunities, and foster a positive candidate experience.
- Screening and Evaluation: Assess candidate applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role expectations.
- Diversity and Compliance: Champion diversity hiring initiatives and ensure adherence to regional compliance standards.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to deliver a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Leverage data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Talent Acquisition professionals, promoting a culture of learning and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruiter role, preferably in a dynamic, global organization.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with talent acquisition trends.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a diverse hiring environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
