Seeking an accomplished and proactive talent acquisition professional to play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborative Partnership: Partner with cross-functional teams to define hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and align on recruitment timelines and goals.
  • Talent Sourcing Leadership: Lead intake meetings to outline role requirements, set expectations, and drive the development of innovative recruiting plans.
  • Sourcing Strategy Development: Design and execute cost-effective recruiting campaigns to attract high-quality candidates and promote our mission.
  • Candidate Engagement: Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and CRM tools to identify and engage passive candidates, showcase company opportunities, and foster a positive candidate experience.
  • Screening and Evaluation: Assess candidate applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role expectations.
  • Diversity and Compliance: Champion diversity hiring initiatives and ensure adherence to regional compliance standards.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to deliver a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Leverage data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Talent Acquisition professionals, promoting a culture of learning and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruiter role, preferably in a dynamic, global organization.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with talent acquisition trends.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a diverse hiring environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
