We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in LATAM. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the recruitment strategy across 16 countries in the region.
- Leading a regional talent acquisition team to develop and implement effective hiring processes.
- Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, including permanent and contingent workforce.
- Designing and leading early talent programs to strengthen the long-term talent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition with experience leading recruitment in a multinational environment.
- Strategic mindset with operational excellence and long-term talent attraction priorities.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (advanced level required).
