We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Merchant Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pipeline management, e-commerce experience, and excellent communication skills.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company that is revolutionizing the e-commerce landscape in Latin America. As a Merchant Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and partnering with top merchants in various categories, developing strategies to attract new business partners, and maintaining relationships with existing partners.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze market opportunities and assess the feasibility of potential partnerships
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business partners
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and ensure their continued growth and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in pipeline management or a related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce, including D2C, marketplace, or retail environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English, with Spanish as a plus
- Familiarity with pipeline tools and CRM software
