Senior Tax Advisory Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Tax Advisory Manager. The successful candidate will advise multinational and domestic entities on domestic direct taxation matters and international tax developments.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, good organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. They will be able to provide specific tax advice to clients and liaise with the Malta Tax and Customs Administration on questions of interpretation of Malta tax law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients with respect to Maltese tax implications and international tax developments.
- Advising clients on transfer pricing matters and documentation requirements.
- Providing specific tax advice to clients.
- Liaising with the Malta Tax and Customs Administration.
- Assisting in the tax advice function.
Requirements:
- In possession of a professional tax, accounting or legal qualification.
- At least 8 years of relevant tax experience, ideally within an audit and accountancy firm.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Will to learn and openness to new challenges.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Good organizational skills and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
