We're seeking a seasoned expert in solution architecture to lead the design, development, and implementation of Contracting solutions on the Salesforce platform. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints aligned with business goals and technology standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct solution architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce-based Contracting applications with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and trends in Contracting technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Contracting solutions on Salesforce.
- Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce and Contracting best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce and Contracting technologies, including CLM.
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Contracting processes and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are advantageous.
- Oversee architecture needs for TPA, AMA, MyCDA, CLM, and DocuSign.
- Serve as the chief technology expert for these applications.
