Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the definition and monitoring of local CX KPIs by developing tools to track performance and correlate with Customer Satisfaction.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to CX leadership.
  • Develop automations and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability of performance management routines.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps, enabling the CX team to proactively act on improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with CX Leaders to co-create tactical plans and tools aimed at improving productivity and customer-felt KPIs.
  • E nsure performance management data is accessible, accurate, and aligned with CX priorities.

  • Experience in performance management routines and KPI tracking.
  • Strong skills in Power BI and Power Query, including data transformation and report/dashboard development.
  • Intermediate level in Power Apps to support tool development.
  • Skills in Excel VBA for automating tasks and handling large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills to support stakeholder reporting.
  • English – Advanced.
  • Intermediate Spanish is a plus.
