About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting people operations, talent acquisition, and helping us scale our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and create offers for top talent, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Onboarding and Welcome Experience: Provide a memorable and exceptional welcome experience for new hires, creating a positive first impression and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Supporting Operations: Assist with office scheduling, manage agendas, book travels, and perform other administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • People Care Experience: Plan events, training, and workshops to enhance employee engagement and experience, partnering with the People team to roll out new programs and processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of related experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a software tech environment.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • High-energy individual with a can-do attitude, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to keep track of a busy agenda and flexibility to accommodate odd hours.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with a willingness to learn new processes and skills.
