Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for partnering with local leaders to create a positive and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute talent planning process; support organization design efforts to achieve business unit targets and milestones.
- Partner with local leaders for talent acquisition and learning and development to design HR solutions and HR services for delivery.
- Provide partnership to the business to identify strategies to increase employee engagement through effective communication, policies, and practices.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support company policies and programs that reinforce diversity in the workplace and customize global DE&I strategy for Brazil.
- Partner with Mexico HRBP to better understand the current training programs and create L&D strategy.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Broad HR generalist experience including facilitating training programs.
- BA degree required.
- Retail and wholesale channel experience preferred.
- Advanced English level.
- Team Management & Team Development Skills.
