We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner Senior Manager - Contract Logistics to join our team. In this key position, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization by driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with 5+ years of experience in a logistics or supply chain environment to take on a challenging and rewarding role. As the HRBP Contract Logistics, you will serve as the voice of our employees, aligning HR processes with business goals, supporting employee experience, and driving organizational change while ensuring compliance and managing HR-related costs and policies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Operational/Tactical Duties:
- Address day-to-day employee issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all sites as well as employee experience initiatives.

Leadership Responsibility:
- Act as a role model in promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing and engagement, contributing to the Employee Experience strategy.
- Provide leadership coaching and support to site managers and supervisors to improve people management capabilities.

Financial Responsibility:
- Monitor HR-related costs and contribute to budget planning, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Analyze workforce data to optimize resource allocation, manage labor costs, and support cost-efficiency goals.
- Develop compensation strategies in collaboration with the finance department to ensure competitive yet financially sustainable salary structures.

Strategic Responsibility:
- Participate in Americas and global HR initiatives.
- Drive change management processes to support organizational transformation, ensuring employee involvement and minimizing resistance.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and retention programs.

You'll be successful if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
- Strong managerial/leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
