Program Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering results through extensive cross-functional integration with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver results through extensive cross-functional integration with multiple teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address program requirements and sellers' experience improvements.
  • Lead and control profitability initiatives for sustainable growth.
  • Partner with key stakeholders like Operations, Finance, Sales, Seller Support, and Legal to solve issues and ramp up programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
