Packaging Solutions Leadership Opportunity

As an Industrial and Safety Division (ISD) leader in Brazil, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of key market segments.

This leadership role is designed for individuals who are passionate about promoting sustainable growth and innovation in packaging segments. If you have a proven track record in business leadership and are looking to take on new challenges, then this may be the ideal opportunity for you.

The ISD Packaging Business Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that promote sustainable growth and innovation in packaging segments. This includes overseeing cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative work environment, identifying market opportunities, and expanding the company's presence in key industry segments.

In addition to your business acumen, exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role. You should also have fluency in Portuguese and English. An in-depth understanding of the Brazilian market, especially within food and beverages, cleaning, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and electronics sectors, is also required.

This role follows an on-site working model, requiring at least four days a week in the office located in Sumaré, São Paulo. The right candidate will be able to adapt quickly to our dynamic work environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies that promote sustainable growth and innovation in packaging segments.
  • Oversee and motivate cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Identify market opportunities and expand the company's presence in key industry segments.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to adapt strategies and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Ensure financial health and achieve revenue and margin targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in business leadership, preferably in the packaging industry or related market segments.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • In-depth understanding of the Brazilian market, especially within food and beverages, cleaning, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and electronics sectors.
