Your leadership will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth, innovation, and operational excellence within the Packaging Solutions Division in Brazil.The Impact You'll Make in This Role:ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies that promote sustainable growth and innovation in the packaging segments, aligning with ISD's global directives.Team Management: Oversee and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.Market Development: Identify market opportunities and expand the company's presence in key industry segments.Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competition to adapt strategies and maintain competitive positioning.Financial Management: Oversee the division's profit and loss (P&L), ensuring financial health and achieving revenue and margin targets.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Completed Bachelor's degree.Proven experience in business leadership, preferably in the packaging industry or related market segments.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Portuguese and English.In-depth understanding of the Brazilian market, especially within the food and beverages, cleaning, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and electronics sectors.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment, with a strong focus on results.Prior experience leading high-performing teams in multinational environments.Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.Familiarity with innovation and sustainability trends in the packaging industry.Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week in the office located in Sumaré, São Paulo (SP).
