Customer Success Team Manager Role Overview

We are hiring a Customer Success Team Manager to support our growth and expansion globally. This role plays a crucial part in sustaining revenue retention and driving high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, improve retention rates, drive upsells or cross-sells where appropriate, and increase customer success.
  • Customer Interactions and Support: Resolve escalated customer issues requiring expertise or intervention and work closely with team members to ensure timely resolution.
  • Team Management: Guide and support team members, help them navigate complex customer situations, improve their skills, and achieve their goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish trustworthy channels of communication across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent academic results at school and university
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or STEM
  • Knowledge and passion for Customer Success, revenue management, and technology
  • Track record of delivering exceptional Customer Success results
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Creative problem-solving and cross-team collaboration
