Field Marketing Pioneer Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the execution of our brand business strategy at the field level, with a focus on new product launches and pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement business strategy "4Ps" in its geography, customizing it as needed to meet local market and customer needs.
- Negotiate and manage third-party trials contracts.
- Coordinate all promotional activities in its geography (events, fairs, field days), working directly with the Communications Team.
- Interface with Customers, Dealers, Consultants, and other market elements to monitor efficiency of our products & applied price.
- Guide demand generation activities "by Rep", working directly with Sales Managers & Agronomy Experts.
- Ensure successful new product introduction in its geography under a macro strategy, working directly with Research and Development, Agronomy, and Communications Teams.
- Experience in commercial, agronomic, or field marketing areas.
- Experience and knowledge in the seeds industry.
- Nice to have a bachelor's degree in agronomy.
- MBA in Marketing is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
