Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites for small business clients using platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Shopify.

This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can work closely with internal teams to interpret customer input and deliver high-quality sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong design instincts, experience with branding, layout, and web aesthetics, as well as familiarity with CMS platforms.

Responsibilities include building and publishing websites based on customer needs, adapting templates and customizing content, layout, design, and interactivity, and applying good design principles to create engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites for small business clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to interpret customer input and deliver high-quality sites.
  • Adapt templates and customize content, layout, design, and interactivity.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma is required; degree in Marketing, Web Design, UI/UX, or similar field is a plus.
  • Portfolio or examples of past work (even personal projects) are highly encouraged.

  • Familiarity with WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Great eye for detail, typography, spacing, color, and user journey.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work across various industries and business types.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • English language proficiency at C1/C2 level or Advanced.
  • Written content creation experience with SEO knowledge.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript basics is a plus.
