**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Legal Counsel to ensure that our operations remain compliant and aligned with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review and analyze call recordings to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Create, update, and maintain trackers to monitor call performance and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate with our Legal Counsel to implement improvements in compliance monitoring processes.
  • Provide regular updates on compliance trends and findings.
  • Assist with the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
  • Ensure that all compliance-related records are accurate and well-organized.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory environment is preferred.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Ability to work EST hours.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using tracking tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks in the DeFi or broader financial industry is a plus.
