Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled project leader to oversee projects from inception to completion. As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for spearheading projects that meet client expectations and deliver results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with stakeholders.
  • Avoid CYA like the plague and never say, 'Not my job.'
  • Ensure project success by driving progress and managing risks.
  • Collaborate closely with agile development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily sprints, mid-sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive continuous improvements of the team and its processes using a servant leadership style.
  • Identify and resolve problems, questions, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions.
  • Monitor team velocity, health, and sprint progress, and surface risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Own project timelines, scope, and risks.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients on projects and provide transparent communication.
  • Provide exceptional client communication and customer service.
  • Document clear action items and disseminate information effectively to the team.
  • Report weekly to the manager on project health, including budgets, schedules, and scope concerns.
  • Deliver regular status updates to clients.
