  • To succeed in this position, you will oversee all engineering deliverables, from design validation and approvals to procurement, compliance, and on-site execution.
About Your Role

You will work alongside engineers, coordinators, and supervisors, ensuring successful project delivery on time, within budget, and fully compliant.

  • Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and interpreting civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • You will also coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate execution.
  • In addition, you will prepare and manage material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and risk assessments.
  • You will monitor site progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and timelines.
  • Accurate records, reports, and progress documentation are essential in this role.
  • You will support project planning, cost control, and procurement activities.
  • Proactive resolution of technical and site-related issues is crucial to success in this position.
  • You will participate in inspections, testing, and handover processes.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) is required.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in large-scale civil construction projects is essential.
  • Strong technical understanding of concrete, formwork, structural works, and finishing is necessary.
  • Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures is also required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools is expected.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

About Your Team

This role reports directly to the Operations Director and is part of a core delivery team.

The project delivery function oversees execution, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and quality control across all phases of construction.

The team works closely with Planning, Commercial, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and Site Operations to ensure flawless execution.
