We are seeking a professional to play a key role in empowering sales teams to operate efficiently and effectively.

About this Role
  • Manage post-sales processes across Latin America, ensuring contract governance and renewal management.
  • Support sales campaigns using SalesLoft to promote seminars, workshops, and products.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Run end-to-end post-sales enablement processes, assisting local sales teams across Latin America.
  • Evaluate contracts (evidence of agreements and deliveries) for customers and maintain central records.
  • Assist with purchase order tracking and management, ensuring smooth invoicing and resolving blocked issues.
  • Manage CRM, including opportunity creation and updates, and provide training support when necessary.
  • Handle billing issues related to invoice processes.
  • Support digital sales campaigns using Salesloft to promote seminars, products/solutions with customers.
  • Facilitate sales training programs, managing content and processes using Mindtickle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with ongoing education.
  • At least one year of experience in similar functions (sales or finance administrative).
  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills.
  • Desirable knowledge in Salesloft or HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
