Lead Field Operations in Brazil

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee and drive field operations at a national level.

  • Oversee and motivate the Field Operations team to deliver high-quality data representative of the market.
  • Align operational strategies with local, regional, and global stakeholders through effective partnerships.
  • Plan and direct field operations to ensure efficient data collection and delivery.
  • Drive productivity and optimize organizational efficiency to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate will lead with strategic vision, ensuring high-quality data collection, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across all field activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Motivate and coach the Field Operations team to build a strong talent pipeline.
  2. Promote continuous improvement and excellence in field collection operations.
  3. Partner with Global Enablement teams to implement and maintain standards and governance.
  4. Empower Field Managers and Team Leaders in strategic planning and resource management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong experience with leadership positions within Operations or Production
  • Multi-functional business experience leading within dynamic organizations
