We are looking for a skilled analyst who can support and execute business requirements gathering, translating business needs into stories, and proposing solutions within Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will analyze user needs and translate them into functional requirements for Salesforce system configuration and customization.
Gathering requirements from users, documenting and evaluating these requirements, creating user stories, coordinating with technical teams for implementation, overseeing testing, validating solutions, training end-users, and providing post-implementation support are key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:- Support and/or execute business requirements gathering, convert requirements into stories, and propose Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze user needs and translate them into functional requirements for Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Gather requirements, document and evaluate them, create user stories, coordinate with technical teams, oversee testing, validate solutions, train users, and provide post-implementation support.
- Understand business demands and translate them into system solutions, adhering to best practices and utilizing Salesforce declarative tools.
- Higher education in IT or related fields;
- Experience in data analysis (collecting, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing large volumes of data using tools like SQL, Python, etc.);
- Advanced knowledge of version control tools (GIT, Azure, Copado, Flosum);
- Understanding of declarative development, workflows, assignment rules, declarative Flow and Process Builder development, profiles, roles, permissions, custom objects, and fields.
