Lead Data Engineering Team

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced data engineer who can leverage their expertise in designing and developing data pipeline architectures for advanced analytics, machine learning, and real-time data processing.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. They will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and growing a talented engineering team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and organic growth worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Engineering Leadership: Lead a team of data engineers to design and implement scalable, reliable, and performant systems that meet business needs based on architecture requirements.
  • Team Management: Recruit, develop, and grow an outstanding engineering team by providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaboration: Partner with customer teams, identify opportunities, gather requirements, and lead a technology roadmap for the team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field.
  • Advanced English: Advanced English language skills.
  • Data Engineering Expertise: Expertise in designing and developing data pipeline architectures for advanced analytics, machine learning, and real-time data processing.
  • Cloud Computing: Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services offered by AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze design requirements and constraints to identify optimal solutions for data and software architecture.
