We're painting a brighter future by recruiting top talent. As a Talent Acquisition Manager for LATAM, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a recruitment strategy across 16 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Recruitment Strategy: Create and implement a recruitment plan that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition Team: Manage and empower a regional team based in Brazil and Colombia to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Oversee End-to-End Recruitment: Ensure seamless end-to-end recruitment processes, covering permanent and contingent workforce.
  • Design Early Talent Programs: Develop programs to strengthen the long-term talent pipeline and attract top talent.
  • Manage Executive Recruitment: Oversee executive and senior management recruitment, focusing on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Build Stakeholder Partnerships: Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders at regional and global levels.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize team performance.

Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in Talent Acquisition, managing regional or multi-country operations.
  • Global ATS Platforms: Experience with global Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic mindset with operational excellence and long-term talent attraction priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (advanced level required).
